During this workshop, we will review tips and tricks in making silky smooth Swiss Meringue Buttercream (SMBC) and masking a hexagon cake in SMBC. Lastly, learn the techniques needed to pipe and arrange buttercream: 

  • Roses
  • Chrysanthemums
  • Billy Buds
  • Blossoms
  • Buds & Leaves

Workshop is open to all levels and will serve as a great foundation for those who have never made a cake before or the perfect refresher for those who are in need of one! :) All materials and supplies will be provided. Everyone will take home a cake at the end of the workshop. 

Note: The buttercream for the flowers will be pre-colored.
